President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Strasbourg France ahead of his address at the Plenary Session of the European Union yesterday night Feb. 2nd.
He was received by the Minister for Budget & National Planning Sen. Udoma Udo Udoma, Minister for Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Enyeama, Nigerian Ambassador to France Amb. H.O. Suleiman, Deputy Governor Al-Assas Region H.E. Mohamed Saadallah and Head Protocol European Union Monikka Strasser.
