Popular 23-year-old singer, Sam Smith whose recent photos shocked everyone as he had drastically reduced weight tremendously. He has finally been able to open up on how he achieved his weight loss. While speaking to E! at the Red Carpet of the 2016 Grammys he had this to say:
“I’ve just not eaten like a pig anymore , that’s what I’m doing, basically………….It’s very very difficult. I love food so much so it’s a constant battle. It’s always going to be a battle but I’m trying my best.”
